Hi,
I'm happy to report that your screening test for gestational diabetes was normal. The complete blood count showed a slightly low hemoglobin level which would indicate a very mild degree of anemia in a non-pregnant woman; however because of the changes in blood volume associated with pregnancy, this hemoglobin level is actually normal for a pregnant woman. given my tendency for junk food since the start of this pregnancy, it was a real big concern. but now, we can breathe a sigh of relief. still, i'm going to try and clean up the food intake for this last trimester.

Hey y, was the 1 hour or 3 hour test? I am so glad you're well. It's always such a worry. I have to say that I never passed the 1 hour test, and in all my 4 pregnancies I had to go back to do the 3 hour one. But I was always fine. Stressful, though, huh? Hugs :)
